This is my Panworld bicycle I bought in California back in 1972.
The only thing I changed is the seat a couple years ago. The
leather one that was on it was very uncomfortable. Other than
that it's all original.
The gear box is a Simplex

No, this bike isn't for sale.
I've had it now 36 years, and its always been
kept in the house wherever I've lived.
